Fox and Cubs mother and baby fitness classes 

Get your week off to a great start with these exciting new Monday morning fitness classes for mums at ZAPspace! Led by Kelly Bedford of Fitness Fox London, Fox and Cubs classes are designed to help you regain core strength, tone up and drop post-baby pounds.

What to expect:

  • Core and abdominal exercises to re-train the pelvic floor and core muscles,
    and safely tone up the tummy
  • Posture enhancing drills, to release tightness in the hips and chest left over
    from pregnancy
  • Fat burning cardio and strength circuits, using resistant bands, dumbbells and
    bodyweight exercises

Why not try our Little Zapper sessions after your work out? Sessions start at 10am on Mondays. Your little one will have lots of fun exploring the park, playing in the soft play or having a gentle bounce.

New High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

ZAPspace have also launched new High-Intensity Interval Training classes perfect for parents who don’t have much time.

Jumping on a trampoline for 10-minutes is the equivalent to 30-minutes on a treadmill or jogging and it’s a lot more fun too!
