London can be all hustle and bustle at the best of times but when you’re going about your day to day routine carrying a tiny human being it can feel quite overwhelming. Lemonade Yoga life invites you to slow down for an hour on a Saturday; time to bond with baby and nurture your changing body.

You’ll explore breathing practices (pranayama), visualisation, sound, meditation and deep relaxation. Find your inner calm and connect with your own intuitive wisdom to guide you before and during birth.

Lemonade Yoga Life pregnancy yoga sessions help to increase comfort, stability and space. A flow of adapted postures (asanas) will to help support the physical changes you are going through; connecting you to your pelvic floor to improve strength both during and after birth. You will learn techniques to help improve your circulation and find relief for feelings of depression, stress and tension. You will also learn to deeply relax helping you to get a better night’s rest.

After your class you’ll have the chance to chat and get to know other mums with some tea and cake.

When: Saturday mornings 9am-10.15am

Nurturing Baby Massage 0-5 months

Bond with your baby from birth with this 5 week course. As your little one adapts to life on the outside they need a lot of support and love from mum and dad. Nurturing baby massage focuses on mindful baby massage movements with beautiful, flowing baby massage sequences, mini baby yoga moves, relaxed holds, loving touch, gentle exercises and relaxation. The approach is holistic and so mums will get some post natal yoga along with napping techniques and ways to achieve deep rest to alleviate fatigue. Sleeping babies and feeding babies welcome.

When: 5 week course Mondays 11.15-12.15am starting 14th January & 25th February 2019

Baby Yoga 3 months – crawling

Bonding with your baby in the first two years is the most important thing you can do for them. Infant brain development depends on you gazing and playing and cuddling with them. This 5 week Mum and Baby Yoga course provides the perfect shared experience for both parent and baby.

Lemonade Yoga Life baby yoga classes run in 5 week sessions for newborn to mobile babies. Classes include baby yoga and massage for overall strengthening and development. There is a balance of stretching and relaxing sequences. Songs and rhymes are co coordinated with some of the movements. Postnatal yoga is included for Mums and each class finishes with a joint relaxation for parent and baby.

Dads are very welcome to take part too and will benefit equally from bonding with their baby but only one parent can attend per session.
